Steps

Take leftover Wheat flour dough and add besan,salt black pepper powder,cumin seeds,ajwain,butter and mix well and knead it into a soft and tight dough.

Keep it aside or in refrigerator to set for sometime.
Now make stuffing of black chana- take mashed black chana and add black pepper powder and chat masala.(you can add salt also as per your taste)
Now take lemonsize ball from The dough and press it flat with hands
Now place the small filling and fold it into a ball and again press it slightly.
Now roll this ball in suji and deep fry them.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
