Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 2egg whites
  • 2egg yolk
  • 1/4 cupMelted butter
  • 4teaspoon. Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupwarm milk
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form

    Add to the yolks the milk, butter and stir

    Put all dry ingredients together and add yolk mixture

    Fold in the egg whites and vanilla

    Pour batter in a preheated waffle iron

    Cook for 4 minutes n serve n drizzle syrup or honey
