Heat apan add oil and crackle cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add pinch of hing

Put chopped capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and turmeric powder to it

Now add besan and cook it until it gets little brown.

Now add tomato paste and mix well. Cover it for 2 minutes and cook

At last add a tbsp cream or malai and stir continuously until oil comes out

At last add red pepper powder and dhaniya powder. Turn off the flame and pour lemon juice. Serve hot with chapati
