3potatoes
1 spoonsalt
1/8 spooncarom seeds
as neededWater
1/4 spoonred chilli powder
1 spoongaram masala
1 spoongarlic grated
1/2 spoonamchur powder
as neededOil for frying

Mix gram flour,1/4 spoon salt,carom seeds and water in a bowl

Make a thick batter

Peel and mashed potatoes
4

Mix salt and other ingredients except oil in potatoes

Make tikki and dip into batter

Deep fry in hot oil.
