In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp of oil.

Add jeera and hing.

Add chopped onion and white part of spring onionsn saute for a minute.

Add red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhania jeera powder and salt to taste

Mix it well.

Cover this for 5 minutes.

Now add chopped spring onions mix it well.

Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on a slow flame.

Spring onions have cooked and water soaked.

Now add 1/2 cup of bean and mix it well.

Keep it on slow flame for the bean to cook.

Cover with a lid.

Stir it and off the gas after 5 minutes.

Transfer it to the serving plate.

Garnish with spring onions green part.
