In a clean dry bowl, sift your flour and add baking powder in it. Set aside.

Grease and dust your baking tin.

Pre heat your oven at 160 degrees.

Grate your orange zest in a separate bowl then squeeze it juice as well and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, add margarine and whisk it abit.

Add sugar and cream together till they both in corporate.

Add eggs one at a time as u mix.

Add orange zest and juice as you continue mixing.

Add abit of milk and mix.

Fold in your flour into the mixture. Be gentle at this juncture.

If your dont attain the right consistency i.e dropping consistency, add abit of milk.

Once done with folding in, pour your batter into the baking tin and bake.

Adjust your oven to 180 degrees if need be.

Bake for 45- 50 mins or until a skewer inserted inside comes out dry.

Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
