Ingredients

  1. Paratha as required
  2. For Tomato Chutney
  3. 1 kgtomatoes chopped finely
  4. 1 teaspoonmustard seeds
  5. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  6. 1/3 teaspoonsugar
  7. to tastesalt
  8. handfulCurry pata
  9. 1 tsphing
  10. 2 teaspoonsGingelly oil (thill oil/til oil)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a deep kadai add oil heat it then add mustard seeds,hing curry pata and let it spluter then add the chopped tomatoes, sugar,chilli powder salt and let it simmer for a while. The tomatoes will get cooked it in own juice.Once it gets thick switch off and serve with roti.
