Steps

Take peeled potatoes, scoop it in between and fry them in oil.

For marinate batter - take curd, add chilli powder, garam masala, mustard oil, salt and fresh coriander

For stuffing - take cottage cheese, boiled potatoes, chilli powder, salt, mint powder, chat masala. Mix it well

When potatoes are fried, put the stuffing into the scooped area, and roll the potatoes over the marinate batter.

Then heat the oven at 180’ c for 15 min.

Put the potatoes into oven and heat it

Now tandoori aloo is ready to serve.
