Ingredients

  • 1/2 tspCoffee Powder
  • 2 cupChocolate Ice cream
  • 1/4 cupChocolate Sauce
  • 2-5Ice cubes
  • 1 tbspWhipped cream for Garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    To make the Coffee Decoction, heat 1/4 cup water in a non stick pan.Add coffee powder and mix well.Cook till it thickens,cool to room temperature.

    Blend together chocolate ice cream,chocolate sauce and coffee decoction till smooth.

    Take a short glasses with chocolate sauce.Place in some ice cubes in each glass Pour the prepared chocolate cooler pipe out a rossete on top. Serve chilled.
