  8. Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  9. Soy sauce or liquid aminos, to taste
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste

    First, dice the tuna into small cubes and set aside in a bowl.

    Slice the onion into strips and add to the same bowl. You can use red onion as well.

    Chop the cucumber and set aside.

    Dice the mango as shown in the photos.

    Prepare the sauce: first, squeeze the juice from the 20 limes and put it in a blender along with the peppers, 5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce or liquid aminos to taste.
