125 gmargarine
3/4 cupfull cream
1 cupsugar
1 1/2 cupsflour
3 tspbaking powder
1lemon (rinds)

Place melted margarine and sugar in a bowl and stir

Add eggs and milk
3

Add flour baking powder and grated lemon rinds
4

Beat until smooth grease the baking tin pour the mixture and bake at 180'c for 40min.
