Ingredients

  • 1 bowl moong dhuli dal
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tspamchur powder
  • as needed Green coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 3-4 tspmeethi chutney
  • 1 pinchbhuna jeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for 6_7hrs.

  2. 2

    Then drain extra water,grind it and make a smooth paste.let it rest and mix the salt and baking soda.

  3. 3

    Now deep fry and soak in cold water

  4. 4

    Serve it with curd and mithi chutni or garnish with coriander leaves and pomegrette.
