Ingredients

  1. 1 bowl moong dhuli dal
  2. 1 pinchbaking soda
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. to tasteRed chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspchat masala
  6. 1/4 tspamchur powder
  7. as needed Green coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. 1 cupcurd
  9. 3-4 tspmeethi chutney
  10. 1 pinchbhuna jeera

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the dal for 6_7hrs.

  2. 2

    Then drain extra water,grind it and make a smooth paste.let it rest and mix the salt and baking soda.

    Now deep fry and soak in cold water

  4. 4

    Serve it with curd and mithi chutni or garnish with coriander leaves and pomegrette.
