Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmoong dhulli dal
  2. 2oinch of hing
  3. 2 pinchgarlic powder
  4. to taste salt
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 1/2 kg dahi
  7. to taste salt
  8. to taste red chilli powder
  9. to taste dahi masala
  10. 1 tspgreen coriander chopped
  11. to taste tamarind sauce
  12. to taste tomato ketchup
  13. to taste coriander chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Take a dal wash and soaked for 5 hours.

    Next day take a dal batter then mix salt,hing and garlic powder and batter mix in spoon for 5 minutes.

    After 5 hours soaked dal grind with little water.After grind dal store in fridge for overnight.

    After five minutes take a appam pan heat add drop of oil and make a vada for slow heat.

    Then vada dip in cold water.

  6. 6

    Take a dahi beat and mix salt,chilli then bhalla press and drain excess water and bhalla dip in some smooth dahi for 5 minute.

    After dip add more dahi and add all ketchup,sprinkle dahi masala and green coriander enjoy cool cool dahi bhallas.

    Moong dal bhalla is ready.
