Firstly, finely chopped all the vegetables and then saute the vegetables in 2Tsp of oil for 2 min.

Then let the mixture cool down then slightly roast gram flour(besan) till you smell the aroma.

Mix the besan with all the ingredients add salt,turmeric,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder,etc.

Mix all the ingredients nicely and then put the mixture in a stick and in a pan with less oil shallow fry the kebabs.
