Dry roast all the spices and let it cool. After that grind it and make fine powder.

Make long cut in all karela and make cavity for filings, rub turmeric and salt and keep a side.

In a pan shallow fry the karelas

In a pan heat oil add besan and roast it add grated onion, Ginger and Garlic, add turmeric powder, and cook well add dry grind masala and cook well add salt and dry mango powder. Off the stove and add jagary (if u like).

Fill this masala in karelas and bake for 10 minutes in 200℃ in preheated oven.

Baking is optional.

Bharva karela is ready enjoy with dal chawal or parantha.
