Ingredients

  • 200 gfirm silken tofu
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 3 tbspnutritional yeast
  • 3/4 cupvegan milk
  • 1 tsptahini
  • 1 1/2 tbspplain flour
  • 1 tbspgram flour
  • To taste, salt
  • To taste, black pepper
  • Olive oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients, apart from oil and make a smooth batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a non stick pan and pour a tablespoon of oil.

  3. 3

    When the oil is hot, pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan.

  4. 4

    Allow them batter to settle for a couple of minutes, then whirl the pan so that the batter spreads properly.

  5. 5

    Let it cook till golden brown, flip over and cook the other side the same way.

  6. 6

    Serve with your choice of sauce.
