Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl add salt,ghee to it.mix well add water in small portion and knead a soft dough 1cup water is used to knead the dough.Cover and keep the dough aside for 20 to 25 min to set

Mix paneer with Finely chopped green chilli,red chilli powder and finely chopped green coriander, coriander powder,mango powder,finely chopped onions and salt to taste.The stuffing is ready.

When 20min are done.Grease your hand little ghee squash and knead a bit.

To make parathas by the first way break a lump from the dough make a round ball the give peda like shape coat in dry flour roll it out 4 to 5 inch in diameter.meanwhile put the tawa to heat up

Place 2 to 3 tbsp stuffing over the rolled out paratha close the stuffing by lifting from all sides

Press with palm to spread stuffing evenly then coat it with dry flour again.Roll it out from the edges.Keep thick 6 to 7 inch in diameter

Put little ghee on non stick tawa spread evenly put the paratha to roast on the tawa keep the flame medium let the paratha slightly roast from beneath until brown spots appear.roll other paratha likewise when paratha have brown spots flip them,apply ghee on both sides and roast well.once roasted lift the paratha and put it over the bowl placed on the plate.
