In a cooking pan, add oil After oil is heated, add cumin, rai then add onion fine cook fry well then add ginger garlic paste cook well then add red chilli and haldi. Fry it well then Add Chopped Tomatoes Cook till tomatoes are soft, to speed up the process, add salt and 2-3 tbsp of water

After tomatoes are cooked add a cup of water, coriander powder, cumin powder and pinch of garam masala and salt Mix every thing well and add sev and mix again lightly

Cook for about 2-3 minutes or till it comes to boil then switch off the flame

Take curry in serving bowl and garnish with some sev and green chilli.
