Cheese Fingers with Sesame

Mix yeast with sugar and milk and set aside until the yeast interacts.

Mix flour with salt and olive oil and knead with your fingertips until the flour absorbs oil.
And add the cheese and knead the milk and then add the dissolved yeast and vinegar. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth (you may need a little extra flour). - 3
In oiled bowl, put the dough and cover and leave in a warm place for an hour.
Cut the dough into small pieces and make the shape of fingers.
It is then placed on a baking paper and leave for quarter of an hour. - 4
In a deep bowl, put egg yolk and one teaspoon of vinegar and mix well. Paint fingers with the mix and toss in sesame.

Bake on the middle shelf in the preheated oven pre-heat at 220°C until golden from the bottom and browned from the top
Remove and leave to cool and serve with tea.
