Soak the nuts to hot water up to 10mint.grind it and add the heavy cream and grind it to a fine thik paste.

Take 1mango and 1guava. Grind it separately and Keep aside.

In a large vessel boil the milk on a high flame. When one boil comes switch off the flame. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside.

Take a bowl add sugar and egg yolk.blend it wel until it comes creamy and soft.once the sugar and egg yolk blended well add the warm milk little by little.once the egg mixer started to warm up add the more milk at a time and all the milk completely.

Transfer to a pan and cooked the mixer on medium flame, keep on stirring continuously, once it comes boiling switch off the fame

Add all the dry fruits paste add cardamom powder or essence. Mix them very well.

Pour it into air tight 3 container separately and add the grind mangos and kesar water or red colour and on the other container add guava paste and add the green colour and last on last container keel it plain and white colour and freeze it for 5 to 6 hours or till it gets firm.
Scoop it and enjoy...
