Ek pan me besan, chach, hing, salt, lemon juice, haldi powder and water ko mix kar le. Ek thin ghol bana le.

Ab pan ko gas par rakhe. Dheere- dheere chalete huye ghol ko thick hone de. Dhyan rakhe ki lumps naa rahein or bartan me chipke bhi nahi.

Jab ghol thick ho jaye to kisi plane tray yaa plate par ghol ko patla - patla falaye. Kuch minute thanda hone de.

Ab knife ki help se 2'' moti and 6-7'' long strip cut kar le.

Ek bowl me coconut, green chilli and coriander ko mix kar ke 1 pinch salt mix karein. Is mixture ko strip par thoda - thoda rakhe or strips ko roll karein.

Ab rolls ko ek plate me rakhe. Coconut wala mixture thoda sa sare rolls ke upper bhi daal de. Or tadka banayein. Tadka pan me oil dale. Garam hone par curry patta and rai dale.

Ab ek spoon ki help se tadke ko sabhi rolls par daal de.

Khandvi ready hai. But thodi der ke liye fridge me rakh de, phir khaye.
