Ingredients

30 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 4/5 piecesKingfish or Surmai
  • 2onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsgrated ginger and garlic
  • 3/4Aamsol or kokum
  • 2 tablespoonsOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoonschilli powder
  • 1 teaspooncorinder powder
  • 1 tablespoonfish or garam masala
  • 1 tbspCorinder leaves for garnishing

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the fish after washing it properly with turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt as given in the ingredients for one hour

    In a pan heat Two tablespoons of oil and add very finely chopped onions,grated ginger and garlic And two green chilles..Add very little water and cook

  3. 3

    Add the marinated fish pieces..Now add corinder powder and fish masala one tablespoon

  4. 4

    Add kokum around 2/3 pieces and wen the fish is cooked..garnish with corinder leaves
