Method----
Grind ginger garlic and onion and make smooth paste,heat one tablespoon of ghee in pan, add bay leaf,ginger-garlic-onion paste,saute for a mint add tomato puree, red chilli powder and salt,saute for a minute.
Cook and stir continuously for one minute. Add paneer and cook for two minutes. Sprinkle green coriander and serve hot,garnish with fresh cream.
