Ingredients

  • 250ग्राम मैदा
  • 50ग्राम देसी घी
  • 1कप दूध,4कप पानी कुछ बर्फ के टुकड़े और तलने के लिए घी
  • रबडी के लिए
  • 1किलो दूध,1 कटोरी शक्कर,पिस्ता,बादाम कतरन

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले 50 ग्राम घी में बर्फ डाल कर उसे फेटे जब वो माखन की तरह सॉफ्ट हो जाये तो बर्फ निकाल दे,अब इसमें थोड़ी थोड़ी मैदा डाल ते जाए और दूध व पानी भी और पतला घोल तैयार कर ले

    एक नॉनस्टिक कड़ाही में घी गरम कर ले आंच तेज रखें अब जो घोल हमने बनाया है वो बिल्कुल बीच म पतली धार बना कर डाले (घोल में 1 निम्बू का रस मिक्स कर ले)जब घी में झाग आना बंद हो जाये तो फिर से एक चम्मच घोल डाले और उसमें बीच मे एक होल बना दे आपको जितना मोटा घेवर बनाना हो उतना घोल डालते जाए और उसे गुलाबी होने तक सिकने दे फिर निकाल ले और हल्की मीठी चाशनी उस पर डाले

    रबडी के लिए दूध को एक चौथाई रहने तक उबालें जब दूध अच्छा गाढ़ा हो जाये तब उसमें शक्कर मिला कर थोड़ी देर और उबलने दे व बादाम पिस्ता कतरन मिक्स कर दे

  4. 4

    जब रबडी ठंडी हो जाये तो घेवर पर लगा कर परोसें
