Take kadai in oil, add some tadka ingredients

Add onion, curryleaves, hing, haldi powder, salt, green chilli, potatoes mashed, lemon juice, mix well

Make dosa in a tawa

In side potatoes masala and cover it

Serve with chutney and sambhar.
