Make batter by mixing suji curd and little water consistency shud be like idli batter.
Let it ferment for an hour. - 3
Now add onion coriander red chilli lime juice salt and sugar in the batter and mix well.

Now take a kadhai heat oil and add mustard seeds green chiliies.

When they start splittering put curry leaves and put sum batter about 3/4 cup cover and let it cook on low flame.

When it is roasted 1 side it will start leaving sides.

Turn the sides and roast on the other sides. Till it is crispy and golden brown in colour.

When roasted perfectly both the sides remove in a serving plate.

Now cut it in + sign sprinkle some onion finely chopped and then sprinkle nylon sev over onion..

Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
In this way complete the rest of the batter also.
