Ingredients

70 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1chicken leg quarter per person
  2. 10potatoes, washed, scrubbed, and cut into wedges
  3. 6garlic cloves
  4. 1 pieceonion
  5. 1/3 cupvegetable oil (about 80 ml)
  6. 1 sprigfresh rosemary
  7. Salt and pepper, to taste
  8. 2 tablespoonssweet paprika

Steps

70 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the potato wedges in an oven-safe baking dish.

    Blend the garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a slightly chunky sauce.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken to the potatoes, pour in the sauce and rosemary, and mix everything well.

  4. 4

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for about 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes to brown the potatoes and chicken.

  6. 6
