Ingredients

300 gskinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
12good quality potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
135 gwhole baby carrots
1 stalkcelery sliced
1 can (300 g)condensed cream of chicken soup
120 mLwater
1 teaspoondried thyme leaves, crushed
to tasteGround black pepper
800 mLmilk

Steps

Place the chicken, potatoes, carrots and celery into the insert of the crockpot

Stir the soup, water, thyme and black pepper into a small bowl. Mix well and pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables

Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through
