It is easy to make but being authentic, little time consuming. But all the time and effort you put in is worth. The end result is sweet, creamy dessert

Switch on the gas and keep the milk for boiling.

Cook the milk by stirring it regularly until it gets to one third. Be alert that the milk do not comes out from the pan.

Now add chironji, cashew nuts & almonds (keep some for garnishing), raisins, cardamom powder. Cook for one minute.

Now add sugar at the last. Wait for a boil. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes after a boil & then take out it in a serving bowl. Garnish it with the dry fruits.
