Ingredients

  1. 3 bowlGrated carrot
  2. 2 bowlSugar
  3. 1/2 bowlMava
  4. 1 tspCardamom powder
  5. 1 tspDesi ghee
  6. 6cashew nuts

Cooking Instructions

    First saute mava on low flame for 5minutes

  2. 2

    Now heat ghee add grated carrot and saute it

  3. 3

    When get dried add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Cook it till thickens add mava and mix well.Cook again for 5 minute.Stir it continuously

  5. 5

    When it leaves the side of pan take it down gajar halwa is ready to serve.Add cashew nuts and serve it hot.
