2 beetroots
1lemon ( juice)
2 strandsCoriander leaves
4-5 clovesgarlic
2chillies chopped
to tastesalt
as neededwhite oil/ olive oil

Wash and get the beet root grated

Take out the lemon juice

Heat the pan and pour little oil in it.

Put chopped garlic and saute for a while

Add grated beetroot,saute for 5 minutes,put salt,mix lemon juice.

Serve and enjoy.
