Mix well margarine n sugar

Beat eggs separately then pour into the mixture

Add milk, water and essence, blend well

Mix the flour,baking,cardamon and salt

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, knead with your hands for 5 minutes. Let the dough rest for 10min.

Heat your oil as you roll out your dough in desired shapes but don't make them too thin. Deep fry till dough is finished.

Serve with hot tea or coffee or even can be eaten without any accompaniment
