Ingredients: 6 pieces Mini burgers; 250 gms Minced chicken; 12-15 Garlic pods chopped finely; 2" Ginger grated; 2 Onions finely chopped; 2 tsp Chilli flakes; 1 tsp Parsley finely chopped; 6 Cheese sheets piece; to taste Salt; 1 tsp Butter; 2 tbsp Mayonnaise; Lettuce as required; 6 pieces Onions sliced in roundels; 6 Toothpick; 1 Egg; Cucumber optional

6 piecesMini burgers
250 gmsMinced chicken
12-15Garlic pods chopped finely
2"Ginger grated
2Onions finely chopped
2 tspChilli flakes
1 tspParsley finely chopped
6Cheese sheets piece
to tasteSalt
1 tspButter
2 tbspMayonnaise
Lettuce as required
6 piecesOnions sliced in roundels
6Toothpick
1Egg
Cucumber optional

Steps

Mix chicken, chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, parsley,salt and egg In a bowl.. and marinate it for 1 hour

Put butter in a grill pan..

Make small patty out of the chicken and grill them

Slice the mini burgers into halves

Spread mayonnaise onto the burgers then arrange, lettuce, chicken patty, onions cucumber and cheese over the burger

Finally place the other half of the burger and fix everything with a toothpick..

Can microwave the burgers for 30seconds, so that the cheese melts..

Your mini cheese burgers are ready to serve
