Make a firm dough of all purpose flour

Cover the dough for few minutes

In heavy bottom pan add mawa dry coconut and toast them on low flame till it turns light brown

Toast the dryfruits on a medium flame grind them in a mixer.add this nutty mixture to the mawa

Stir it well add sugar milk and mix it nicely

This is the stuffing of gujiya

After stuffing the Gujiya make sure they are sealed properly

Fry the Gujiya in ghee

After Gujiya is cooked soak them in sugar syrup (optional) if you want thin sugary crust
