Boil water in vessel and then put rice flour in it and cover it for 5 minutes then knead it into a soft dough.

Now in a bowl, combine other left ingredients and mix it well.

Cut small portions or peic3s from the dough then flatten it a bit and stuff it with the prepared mixture.

Now a shape it like modak using any spoon's or fork's back or if you have modak mould you can use it then.

Now cook it in steamer for 20-25 minutes then switch off the flame.

Modak is ready to serve now.
