Half cook basmati rice add 1tsp salt and 2tsp sugar, whole garam Masala and keep aside.

Saute 2 finally chopped onion keep aside.

Take a pan heat oil add bay leaves and whole garam masala.

Add onion saute for 2,3 minutes

Add duck meat and all masala except garam masala.

Cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.add garam masala.

Now another pan add 2tbsghee add one layer of meat another layer of rice and fried onion and ghee.

Add kewra water,rose water,mitha ator.

Add fried onion, coriander leaves,pudina leaves

Now cover the lead with wheat dough. Cook for another 20 minutes in law flame.

It is ready to serve.
