Ingredients

  1. 1 kgduck meat
  2. 6onion
  3. 10garlic cloves paste
  4. 2 tspginger paste
  5. 1 kgbasmati rice
  6. 2 tspcumin powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 11/2 tspTurmeric Powder
  9. 2 tspgaram masala Powder
  10. 2cinnamon sticks
  11. 2-3pulp of jayitri
  12. 8-10cloves
  13. 10black pepper seeds
  14. 4,5cardamom
  15. 2,3star anise
  16. 3 tspKewra water
  17. 2 tsprose water
  18. 2-3 dropsmitha ittar
  19. 2 tspchopped coriander leaves
  20. 250 gmghee
  21. 2 tspchopped pudina leaves
  22. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Half cook basmati rice add 1tsp salt and 2tsp sugar, whole garam Masala and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Saute 2 finally chopped onion keep aside.

  3. 3

    Take a pan heat oil add bay leaves and whole garam masala.

  4. 4

    Add onion saute for 2,3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add duck meat and all masala except garam masala.

  6. 6

    Cook for 20 minutes in medium flame.add garam masala.

  7. 7

    Now another pan add 2tbsghee add one layer of meat another layer of rice and fried onion and ghee.

    Add kewra water,rose water,mitha ator.

  9. 9

    Add fried onion, coriander leaves,pudina leaves

  10. 10

    Now cover the lead with wheat dough. Cook for another 20 minutes in law flame.

  11. 11

    It is ready to serve.
