Steps

Season your meat with stock cube and onion then boil till tender, add the stock fish half way boiling.

Top up the water in the pot with about two litres of water then allow to boil.

Next, add palm oil to the pot and allow to cook for about five minutes, then add pepper and dry fish and cook further
- 4
Add the ofor and allow to start thickening then add crayfish and uziza seed, taste and adjust the taste with stock cube and salt, then allow to thicken to your desired consistency

Lastly, add periwinkle and uziza leaf then cook for few minutes and bring down.
