Baked Herb Bread Samosa

Steps

Remove the crusts from the bread slices.

Mix corn flour with 1/2cup of water and mix well.

Mix all the ingredients for stuffing and mix well.

Roll out bread slices with a rolling pin.

Place a little filling on a bread slice and fold it triangle shape.

Seal the edges of the rolls from all sides with a little flour paste.

Transfer the samosa on a baking tray and brush with olive oil and sprinkle oregano on it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 minutes.

Serve with any dip or chutney.
