1/2 kgbeef liver cut into cubes
1Medium red onion diced
2 clovesgarlic crushed
2medium tomatoes peeled and diced
1 tspbeef masala
Salt
2 tbsvegetable oil

Place pan on medium heat add oil. Add liver once your oil is hot. Stir occasionally. When it begins to crisp after about 15 min add onions, garlic and beef masala. Stir and cover to cook for 3 min.

Add tomatoes and salt cover to cook tomatoes to mashy. Serve hot.
