Wash and drain water from mutton. Add to it coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder and curd. Marinate for2 hours

Add oil and ghee in a pan. Let it hot. Deep fry potatoes mixing salt and turmeric and keep aside. Add star,bay leaves,dry red chilli,ealichi.Saute,add sliced onion. Add little bit of salt. After2minutes add onion,ginger garlic chilli paste cook in low flame for5 minutes.add marinated mutton. Cook in medium flame until oil will come out. Add1glass of hot water.

Put mutton in a pressure cooker and tender it.

Add garam masala powder and fenugreek leaves. Check salt and serve.
