Ingredients

25-30 mnts
2 servings
  • 1 bunchtaro stem chopped
  • 2 headparts of hilsha
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 3chopped green chillies
  • 1/2 coconut desiccated
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the fish heads marinated with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now add nigella seeds and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the taro stem saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it become soft and moist

  4. 4

    Add red chilli Powder and mix well

  5. 5

    Now add the fish head and cover till it become soft

  6. 6

    Finally add sugar and coconut and mix well

  7. 7

    Serve it with rice
