Ingredients

  • 300 gpasta
  • 10 piecesfresh tomatoes
  • Scotch bonnet pepper, (according to your tolerance)
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • Halfkg of beef cuts
  • 2Knorr cubes
  • 1 tablespoonstock powder
  • 1 teaspooncurry powder
  • Halfteaspoon of crushed garlic
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put water in a cooking pot then set on fire and allow to boil, when it boils add your pasta, salt and little vegetable oil then allow to cook.

  2. 2

    Next, wash your meat then put in a pot, season and boil till tender and the stock almost dries up so you won't end up with a watery sauce.

  3. 3

    While your meat cooks, diced your tomatoes, pepper and spring onion then set aside

  4. 4

    At this point, heat your vegetable oil in a sauce pan then add the onion and saute, next add the diced tomatoes and pepper then continue to fry.

  5. 5

    Season with the remaining knorr cube then allow to fry till dry.

  6. 6

    Taste and adjust the taste then bring down.

  7. 7

    Serve with pasta or any other thing of your choice.
