100coconut powder
100 gmskhoa
125 gmssugar

Take a work heat it and fry khoa till it becomes pink.

Now add sugar and mix well.

Add 4 tsp of water to make a fine paste

Now add coconut powder and mix well.let it cool down and shape into a modak form by hands or moulds.decorate with sugar solids and chironjee.
