Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, bay leaf, black cardamom, peppercorns, cloves,cinnamon stick fry for a second.

Now add sliced onion fry for a minute. Add ginger and garlic paste saute for a minute.

Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder salt mix well.

Add boiled peas, tuttyfrutty, cherry stir well.

Now add half cooked rice mix well.

Add some water and cover the lid till soft.

Now add kewra water stir well.

Garnish and serve with(burrani raita) garlic raita and red chilli garlic chutney.

(For Burrani Raita):- Take a small pan heat desi ghee add chopped garlic saute till colour change.

Now add garlic in a curd bowl, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt mix well.

Then refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve with kashmiri pulao.
