Ingredients

  • Honey (2 dessert spoons)
  • Wholegrain Mustard (2 teaspoons)
  • English Mustard (1 teaspoon)
  • Soy Sauce (2 teaspoons)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Salt & Pepper (to your taste)
  • Mixed Spices (sprinkle of)

Steps

  1. 1

    First salt your chicken 🍗

  2. 2

    Then in a bowl mix together the above ingredients 🍯

    Next marinate your chicken with your mix either by pouring it over your chicken in a baking tray or individually marinate in the bowl.

    Pop in the oven (in baking tray) and let this cook until skin is crispy and chicken is pipping hot 🍗

    Enjoy 🍽
