Heat the pan add oil after that add cumin seed along with carom seed after crackle of seed then add chopped onion, green chilli saute till light brown

After that add chopped lady finger and salt with turmeric powder stir fry till ladyfinger soft in high flame for 4-5 min stir between after 1 min

After that check lady finger get soft aur not when lady finger get soft turn off the gas

After that garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Don't cover with lid, don't cook in slow flame always cook in medium to high flame only

When you cover with lid or slow the flame it's change the colour
