Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1+ 1/2 cupWheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupMaida
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededMilk to make a soft dough
  5. 1 cupGreen peas boiled
  6. 1 tbsBesan /gram flour
  7. 1/2 tspCumin seed
  8. 1 tspFennel seeds
  9. 1 tspCoriander sees roughly ground
  10. 2 pinchHing or asofoetide
  11. 4-5 clovesGarlic paste
  12. 1 tspGinger paste
  13. 2Green chilli paste
  14. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  15. 1 tspDry mango powder
  16. 1 tbspOil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,hing,ginger,garlic paste and saute

  2. 2

    Slow the flame add turmeric powder and besan or gram floour and saute till light brown

  3. 3

    Add the remaning masalas and boiled peas

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste in the mixture and saute for few minutes

  5. 5

    Now finally add coriander leavs and let the mixture cool down in doffrent plate

  6. 6

    Take a lemon size dough and place a smal portion of peas mixture

  7. 7

    Close it and roll it again and make a paratha

  8. 8

    Heat a pan and roast the paratha with 1tsp ghee on both sides till rousted well

  9. 9

    Save it hot with chutney,curd or a hot cup of tea.
