Steps

Heat a pan add oil,cumin seeds,fennel seeds,hing,ginger,garlic paste and saute

Slow the flame add turmeric powder and besan or gram floour and saute till light brown

Add the remaning masalas and boiled peas

Add salt to taste in the mixture and saute for few minutes

Now finally add coriander leavs and let the mixture cool down in doffrent plate

Take a lemon size dough and place a smal portion of peas mixture

Close it and roll it again and make a paratha

Heat a pan and roast the paratha with 1tsp ghee on both sides till rousted well
- 9
Save it hot with chutney,curd or a hot cup of tea.
