1 tspnigella seeds
2slitted to green chillies
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

Add Potatoes and saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

As it gets soft add sugar and fry on high heat

Serve it with rice and daal or roti
