  2. 1/2 cupGrated gur
  3. 1/4spCardamom powder
  4. 2 tspchop mixed nuts
  5. 1 bowlWhole wheat flour dough..
  6. 2 tspDesi ghee
  7. 1 bowlCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast the coconut in non stick pan add chopped nuts and cardamom powder

    Roll the roti with the dough fill this coconut mixture,shallow fry from both sides,

    Serve with curd.
