Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the bananas and you don't have to remove any of the stringy stuff off the banana. Those stringy things are called phloem bundles. The are packed full of nutrients like potassium, fiber, vitamin A and vitamin B6.

    Add bananas to the ziploc bags. Put into freezer till needed.
